Do I need to register with your practice?
No, you don’t need to register in advance.
Upon your arrival at 12 Pennant Mews reception, you will be requested to provide your contact details.
It is extremely important that your mobile number and email address are up to date as I might need to contact you for some follow up or results.
Is it a walk-in clinic?
No, you need to book an appointment prior to attend the clinic but same day appointments are easily obtained.
How can I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book an appointment is to contact me directly.
This can be done either

Let me know your preferred date and time and I will contact you to confirm your appointment.
What are your opening hours?
I will welcome you from Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM to 7 PM.
Appointments outside those working hours, including on Saturdays morning, can be organised upon request.
Please kindly note the surgery is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What service do you offer?
I provide a wide range of services including:
- usual GP consultations during which I can organise for some investigations, ie blood or urine test, swabs, smear test, radiology etc
- repeat prescription
- referral to specialists
- general health check-ups,
- routine and travel vaccinations
- completion of medical forms
If I need a referral, can I choose the specialist you will refer me to?
Yes, if you have a specialist in mind, it will be my pleasure to refer you to them.
If you do not have a preference, based on my extensive network of colleagues, I can refer you to the consultant most specialised for your issue.
Do you do home visits?
No, I will only see patients at my practice situated within the Cromwell Hospital,
12 Pennant Mews, SW5 0TU
What should I do in an emergency?
If you suspect you might have a life-threatening emergency, call 999.
For all other medical issues you can contact me by email, alternatively, out of my working hours, please contact NHS 111 for advice.
Are you an NHS practice?
No, I am a private GP and have no access to your NHS records.
I am happy to liaise with your NHS GP but please keep in mind I can't bypass them to refer you to a NHS specialist.
Will I need to pay for the consultation?
Yes , you will be charged for the consultation and for any investigation requested however most insurances should cover those fees.
